About the role
- Lead teams that deliver product/service information
- Aggregate customer issues and collate common issues for response strategy
- Maintain and renew knowledge of policies and procedures
- Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges
- Enter customer information into the CRM system
- Record and process special orders as required
- Set clear objectives for sales calls or meetings
- Conduct periodic health checks with key customers

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Over 3 years to 6 years of relevant experience
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
