Own the end-to-end marketing campaigns engine—strategy, creative requests, execution, measurement, and iteration—to generate quality discovery calls for Sales.
Lead a two-person pod, coordinate with the Design team for social/video/reels/landing assets, and ensure rigorous attribution and reporting via in-house platform.
Produce regular performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
Run A/B tests (hooks, offers, landing pages, sequences).
Requirements
3-6 years in B2B / SaaS / performance marketing roles
Direct experience managing LinkedIn outreach, email funnels, landing pages, automation (GoHighLevel or similar)
Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns & attribution
Strong skills in brief-writing, creative review, and campaign processes
Analytical mindset + comfort with data, dashboards, UTM tracking
Excellent communication skills (English + Filipino)
Ability to collaborate across teams & fast-paced environment
Nice to Have: Fintech/payments or SaaS experience; familiarity with compliance-sensitive marketing. Landing-page experimentation and funnel analytics depth.
