• Work closely with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth
• Improve business intelligence dashboards and provide insights to sales and eng teams
• Implement a robust sales process by identifying gaps in sales cycles, necessary collateral, and key customer events
• Support strategic financing initiatives with financial analysis, projections, and due diligence materials
• Develop partnership agreements, pricing frameworks, and process playbooks for new product lines
• Build analytics infrastructure for campaign performance, marketing ROI, and revenue attribution
