• Data input and analysis.
• Assist in the identification and analysis of potential risks affecting the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management processes.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Participate in the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor and analyze risk trends and provide insights to improve risk management practices.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the risk management database and documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Support the team in conducting risk management training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain a professional image and manner consistent with the YMCA mission and goals at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the risk management team.

• Under the direction of the Graphic Design Manager, responsible for creating and delivering a variety of marketing materials for print and digital media.
• Work with marketing and communications team and associates throughout the organization to help execute the marketing strategy in alignment with the Y brand and mission.
• Provide creative input and communications support to the team as needed.
