About the role
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (calls, emails, and online inquiries)
- Utilize sequences to proactively reach out to leads in our database
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with the appropriate sales representative
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage cold leads
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead response, activity, and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (SaaS or real estate industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to engaging leads
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus
