Manage and support data trials for Long/Short Hedge Funds, Systematic Hedge Funds, Long-Only Managers, and Private Equity/VC Firms
Provide hands-on technical support to clients
Develop, refine, and document best practices to share with internal teams
Partner with revenue teams on go-to-market execution
Run product discovery, translating client feedback into actionable product insights

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role supporting go-to-market efforts
Proven ability to translate complex products or technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for sophisticated institutional audiences
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, or demonstrated ability to learn database languages quickly
Experience supporting or selling to institutional investors, including hedge funds, private equity, or long-only asset managers is a plus
Comfort collaborating across technical and commercial functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and crisp communication skills.
