About the role
- Lead end-to-end product design for investor-facing applications, from early exploration through high-fidelity execution
- Design clear, intuitive UI patterns for complex, data-rich workflows
- Translate abstract product and user needs into concrete design solutions
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Advocate for usability, clarity, and consistency across the investor product ecosystem
- Contribute to and help evolve shared design systems and standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products (B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy tools)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, systems thinking, and UX craft
- Experience simplifying dense or complex information into clear, usable interfaces
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and iterating toward clarity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to cross-functional partners
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
