About the role
- Own data strategy and execution for client deliverables in new sectors
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for emerging sector data
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues
- Design, standardize, and maintain scalable workflows
- Own and evolve sector categorization frameworks
- Operate as a player-coach for the team
- Partner cross-functionally with other teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
- 1-2 years in a lead or management capacity
- 4+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, Pyspark, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with Github and Databricks
- Strong experience with large, messy, evolving datasets
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade data workflows
- Strong ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders across teams
