About the role

  • Responsible for independent management of food retail accounts such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland.
  • Optimize product distribution and establish effective secondary placements.
  • Conduct competitive analyses during store visits.
  • Work closely with store managers and department managers.
  • Responsible for customer visits and maintenance of the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as a retail salesperson or a degree with a focus on Sales / Distribution.
  • Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales.
  • Confident presence with strong communication skills.
  • Dynamic personality with assertiveness and problem-solving competence.
  • High willingness to travel and willingness to stay overnight in hotels.
  • Valid driving license (Class B).
