About the role
- Responsible for independent management of food retail accounts such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland.
- Optimize product distribution and establish effective secondary placements.
- Conduct competitive analyses during store visits.
- Work closely with store managers and department managers.
- Responsible for customer visits and maintenance of the CRM system.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training as a retail salesperson or a degree with a focus on Sales / Distribution.
- Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales.
- Confident presence with strong communication skills.
- Dynamic personality with assertiveness and problem-solving competence.
- High willingness to travel and willingness to stay overnight in hotels.
- Valid driving license (Class B).
