About the role

  • Manage and visit food retail stores as a field sales representative
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and establish effective secondary placements (secondary displays)
  • Increase product visibility and drive sales
  • Monitor and optimize shelf placements
  • Plan customer visits and maintain the CRM system
  • Prepare competitor analyses
  • Attend relevant trade shows and fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on sales
  • Several years of professional experience in grocery retail and ideally in FMCG field sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills
  • High willingness to travel and to stay overnight in hotels
  • Valid driver's license (Class B / category B)
