About the role
- Manage and visit food retail stores as a field sales representative
- Ensure optimal product distribution and establish effective secondary placements (secondary displays)
- Increase product visibility and drive sales
- Monitor and optimize shelf placements
- Plan customer visits and maintain the CRM system
- Prepare competitor analyses
- Attend relevant trade shows and fairs
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on sales
- Several years of professional experience in grocery retail and ideally in FMCG field sales
- Strong communication skills
- Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills
- High willingness to travel and to stay overnight in hotels
- Valid driver's license (Class B / category B)
