About the role
- Manage and support key customers in food retail (grocery)
- Identify customers' growth opportunities
- Maximise sales potential
- Monitor and optimise shelf placements
- Expand distribution and implement agreed promotional activities
- Collaborate with store managers and business owners
- Prepare competitor analyses
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., retail salesperson) or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution
- Several years of professional experience in the food retail sector and ideally in FMCG field sales
- Confident presence with strong communication skills
- Assertiveness and problem-solving abilities
- High level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver's license (Class B)
