About the role
- Manage the P&L for UK retail channels and customers
- Define and deliver the UK sales and channel strategy
- Create and deliver revenue plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead/guide strategic relationships with key UK retail partners
- Own commercial negotiations including pricing, trade terms, and in-store execution excellence
- Scale existing accounts while opening new revenue channels
- Track performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Build, lead, and develop the UK sales team
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in UK Food & Drink retail sales
- Strong experience across grocery, high street, and convenience/wholesale channels
- Proven success winning new retail accounts and scaling existing partnerships
- Experience owning retail P&Ls and managing complex route-to-market strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- A growth mindset, high energy, and strong sense of ownership
