About the role

  • Strategic planning, management and conceptual development of customers within single-level key account management
  • Planning and achievement of company revenue, sales volume, profitability and distribution targets
  • Negotiation and implementation of national agreements
  • Analysis of KPIs, market and sales data
  • Preparation for, participation in and follow-up to customer and annual review meetings
  • Coordination and execution of promotions, listings and pricing strategies
  • Building and strengthening constructive relationships with decision-makers

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or comparable commercial training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management
  • In-depth knowledge of trade/retail structures and processes
  • Established contacts with decision-makers in the retail/trade sector
  • Experience in field sales desirable
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Communicative, team-oriented personality with high self-initiative, solution focus and conflict management skills
