About the role
- Strategic planning, management and conceptual development of customers within single-level key account management
- Planning and achievement of company revenue, sales volume, profitability and distribution targets
- Negotiation and implementation of national agreements
- Analysis of KPIs, market and sales data
- Preparation for, participation in and follow-up to customer and annual review meetings
- Coordination and execution of promotions, listings and pricing strategies
- Building and strengthening constructive relationships with decision-makers
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable commercial training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management
- In-depth knowledge of trade/retail structures and processes
- Established contacts with decision-makers in the retail/trade sector
- Experience in field sales desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with high self-initiative, solution focus and conflict management skills
