About the role
- Manage and support key accounts within a regional territory
- Visit retail stores to maximize sales potential
- Work closely with store managers, department managers, or business owners
- Ensure optimal product placement and distribution
- Acquire new retail locations
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on sales/distribution
- Several years of professional experience in FMCG sales or on the retailer side
- Confident presence when dealing with retail customers
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make convincing business arguments
- Engaging and dynamic personality
- Assertiveness and problem-solving skills
- Committed work ethic, initiative, and a get-things-done attitude
- High flexibility and mobility
