• Train clients to be independent with the goal of job acquisition, successful community integration, goal setting, and job readiness
• Understand how to implement person-centered planning
• Act as a program monitor to assigned clients, providing advocacy as needed
• Maintain a professional relationship with family members, employers, and funding sources
• Develop and implement instructional plans, social skill training and provide interventions as needed
• Complete all required documentation and reports
• Maintain complete and accurate case files
• Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality
• Acts as a mandated abuse reporter
