Sales Engineer

• Work with the Sales staff to qualify prospective customers in order to provide tailored sales demonstrations and guide them toward the right product(s) to solve their unique needs
• Work with Product and Marketing to formalize the key value propositions of each of the Yes Energy products
• Work with Product and Marketing to define and understand the key personas that make up our target markets
• Maintain up to date awareness of new product and market developments
• Coordinate with Customer Success team to facilitate smooth transitions for customers when moving from prospect to new customer
• When appropriate the position will require a minimum of 10 - 20% travel to customer sites to learn from customers, support the product, and provide technical sales of the product
• Provide subject matter expertise on product use cases and market knowledge for internal training

Technical Sales Engineer – Modeling

Product Manager

• Support go-to-market activities by partnering with Sales and Marketing on messaging, positioning, and launch planning.
• Review usage analytics, customer feedback, and account insights to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
• Participate in commercial strategy discussions to help expand ARR in existing and emerging markets.
• Stay informed about trends in deregulated wholesale electricity markets, including settlement and accounting processes.
• Track competitive products and market dynamics to maintain differentiation and relevance.
• Identify product risks—including regulatory changes or shifting customer needs—and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work with Professional Services to enable seamless customer onboarding and product implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to improve the end-to-end customer experience based on feedback and support interactions.
• Act as a key voice of the customer in engineering discussions, supporting the definition of clear requirements and priorities.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with current and prospective users to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.
• Lead or support user interviews, workflow deep dives, and research initiatives to validate problems and proposed solutions.
• Translate user findings into actionable requirements and insights for engineering and product leadership.
• Maintain structured knowledge of personas, customer segments, and use cases to inform roadmap decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by sharing product direction, gathering feedback, and representing their needs internally.

Product Manager – Bid to Bill

Customer Success Manager

• Act as a primary customer advocate, partnering with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Guide new and existing customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to maximize product adoption and value.
• Build trusted, long-term customer relationships by understanding workflows and serving as a strategic advisor.
• Support customer renewals by developing success plans and partnering closely with Sales.
• Troubleshoot product, data, and technical questions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and product usage to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews, including presentations on new products and features.
• Develop expertise in Yes Energy’s software, data products, APIs, and SQL-based tools.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product Management to inform product improvements.
