About the role
- Display exceptional customer service skills and support customers with any enquiries.
- Process all sales orders, quotations/customer queries in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
- Help support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Support the customer service team with all processing to free up their load.
Requirements
- Being active in the ‘sales’ inbox with any processes that need completing or any customer queries that need responding to.
- Providing Sales team with any support they require. Including any admin tasks that can free up their time.
- Constantly educating customers about client’s account and resources.
- Providing end-users with details of their nearest distributor.
- Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.
- Owning the customer interaction and doing what it takes to make it a remarkable experience.
- Continually identifying where you can improve your personal skills, learn every day, and embracing new technology as it develops.
- Keeping customers informed about their orders.
- Support customer service with any administrative tasks such as raising orders, creating quotes/price lists, pulling reports, meeting follow-up etc.
- Be willing and flexible to complete any task that comes, improving a customers ’ experience or freeing up other colleagues’ time.
