About the role
- Manage full sales cycle, from setting demos to closing deals
- Educate, strategize, and successfully discuss Repair Pal Certified through daily prospecting, consisting of +/- 50 phone calls a day, responding to leads, and through individual prospect development.
- Create opportunities using Salesforce
- Follow up on customer agreements
- Follow up with customers to help expedite the certification process
- Meet or exceeding established sales targets
- Assist in developing go-to-market field strategies and processes
- Develop sales pitches and strategies that produce winning outcomes
- Manage the sales cycle and business conversations with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
- Represent the RepairPal brand with professionalism and integrity
- Periodically attend trade shows
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in inside/phone sales and/or the automotive industry
- Knowledge of G suite products and ability to learn and use various software programs
- Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
- Background in or affinity for the auto industry and auto-related technology is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to close sales via phone or virtual meeting
- Ability to work in both a collaborative, team-oriented environment
