Design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Studio, Orchestrate, EIBs, Core Connectors, and related tools
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring secure and timely data delivery to vendors and internal systems
Maintain and enhance integrations leveraging XSLT, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST)
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating cross-functionally to implement and optimize business processes
Act as a functional lead in a major Workday area, configuring processes and advanced calculations
Gather and translate business requirements, supporting key cycles such as Comp Review, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Payroll Year-End
Deliver advanced Workday analytics through reports, dashboards, and BIRT outputs

Requirements

Several years of hands-on Workday experience, with a strong focus on integrations
Expertise with Workday Studio and Orchestrate
Proven experience configuring or leading in at least one core Workday functional area
Strong proficiency in XSLT, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST)
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills
Excellent analytical and communication abilities, translating business needs into technical solutions
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
