About the role

  • Work closely with a team of coordinators and recruiters to manage a flawless candidate experience from start to finish
  • Coordinate a high volume hiring process, leveraging our ATS and scheduling tools to move candidates through the process in a timely and organized fashion
  • Initiate all candidate background checks via HireRight- always maintaining a high level of discretion
  • Draft all new hire offer letters using the appropriate templates
  • Communicate professionally and with integrity at all times
  • Contribute to process and communication improvements
  • Monitor the candidate pipeline daily to ensure all candidates move through the process in a timely fashion and all SOPs are followed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • Prior experience working in a recruiting organization (required; a minimum of 1 year preferred)
  • Strong interest in recruiting (required)
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high energy and synergistic work environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills & high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization desired
  • Experience with an ATS and Google Suite
  • Ability to take initiative, ownership, and start work without direction highly desired
  • Proven track record of being a proactive problem solver
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
