Veterinarian

• Greet clients and patients positively and warmly by phone and in person
• Manage incoming calls and schedule veterinary appointments
• Convert more than 20% of new-client calls into scheduled appointments
• Promote Care Companion Plans and services and educate clients about preventive care
• Make weekly proactive reminder calls to clients who are due or overdue for services
• Perform patient intake and discharge
• Facilitate client education and use of the client-facing online pharmacy
• Handle cashier duties, reconcile the cash drawer, and complete opening and closing processes
• Maintain accurate medical charts and documentation
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to streamline patient flow and improve client experience
• Keep the reception area clean and inviting
• Resolve customer complaints and support client satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
• Learn basic veterinary technical skills, including animal restraint and laboratory duties
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned
