• Provide world class service throughout the shopping experience for Members and guests.
• Provide timely and accurate procurement of goods and thoughtful delivery of all shopping orders.
• Remain organized and communicate effectively with teammates, retailers, and Members.
• Follow and shop grocery and retail lists at a variety of vendors according to specific instructions and details.
• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment.
• Maintain outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction, displaying hospitality and professionalism to Members at all times.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
• Work a flexible and sometimes inconsistent schedule, including late nights and extra work days during peak season.
