About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide world class service throughout the shopping experience for Members and guests.
Provide timely and accurate procurement of goods and thoughtful delivery of all shopping orders.
Remain organized and communicate effectively with teammates, retailers, and Members.
Follow and shop grocery and retail lists at a variety of vendors according to specific instructions and details.
Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment.
Maintain outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge.
Guarantee total Member satisfaction, displaying hospitality and professionalism to Members at all times.
Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
Work a flexible and sometimes inconsistent schedule, including late nights and extra work days during peak season.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required.
Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and environment.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited University preferred.
1-3 Years of work experience in a customer service role, front-facing hospitality role (hotels, clubs, resorts, restaurants), or retail/procurement role preferred.
Valid US Driver's License
All drivers must be at least 19 years old with 3 years of driving experience.
Proficiency working with basic technology, including smartphones, computers, and email.
Experience using Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments.
Able to write clearly and legibly.
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.
