• Own same-day invoicing in ServiceTitan for completed jobs (~200/day); ensure zero misses or SLA breaches
• Build, maintain, and share daily/weekly dashboards (job completion vs. invoiced, AR aging, exceptions, etc.)

• Coach site-level billers; align with operations leads for smooth execution
• Coordinate with the collections team to ensure professional, consistent outreach and follow-up
• Reconcile data between ServiceTitan and NetSuite; support accurate revenue recognition and month-end close
• Lead resolution of billing issues (job costing, adjustments, materials, hours) directly within ServiceTitan
• Deliver clear written and on-camera updates to U.S.-based stakeholders
• Act as a central point of accountability for AR and billing workflows across multiple business units
