About the role

  • Support the structuring and evolution of the area's project governance, contributing to the organization, monitoring and prioritization of strategic initiatives;
  • Analyze data from different sources, identifying patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Consolidate and monitor the area's strategic indicators, supporting leadership in tracking results and making data-driven decisions;
  • Prepare materials and executive presentations to support strategic discussions and decision-making forums;
  • Assist in organizing and tracking the area's project portfolio, ensuring visibility of status, risks, dependencies and expected outcomes;
  • Support coordination in structuring governance for all projects;
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies and management practices in the area, promoting greater efficiency and maturity in leading initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Experience in data analysis and generating insights to support decision-making;
  • Experience organizing and tracking projects or strategic initiatives;
  • Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose recommendations;
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis;
  • Communication and synthesis skills to translate analyses into clear narratives for different audiences;
  • Strong organization and structured thinking to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar);
  • Experience in project management, initiative governance or tracking methodologies (PMO, OKR, Agile or similar);
  • Experience analyzing customer experience or student experience indicators;
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query tools;
  • Experience in educational environments or organizational transformation contexts.
