About the role

  • Handle and monitor service interactions related to non-degree (short) and vocational courses; organize service queues, ensuring prioritization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Perform weekly performance analysis of the Post-Digital acquisition service channels, focusing on QG performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and customer experience metrics, such as NPS, renewal rate and delinquency rate, supporting the identification of deviations and improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the focal point for gathering requirements, improvements or development of Power BI reports (PBIs), consolidating information and supporting presentations to the Directorate.
  • Support the control, organization and updating of operational data, contributing to decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Processes, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Experience or familiarity with customer service routines.
  • Analytical profile, comfortable working with data, metrics and KPIs.
  • Organized, attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
