Plan and manage the regulatory processes of the higher education institution (HEI) and its programs, ensuring compliance with MEC standards and SINAES instruments;
Prepare, review and update documents such as the Institutional Development Plan (PDI), Course Pedagogical Projects (PPC), Internal Regulations, Self-Evaluation Reports and Evaluation Dossiers;
Coordinate institutional preparation for on-site and virtual evaluations, including evidence management and alignment with internal committees;
Monitor ordinances, technical notes and current legislation related to distance and blended education, advising the areas involved;
Monitor and update information in regulatory systems such as e-MEC, Censup and other platforms;
Support the Self-Evaluation Commission (CPA) and the Course Development Nucleus (NDE) in building indicators and quality reports;
Liaise with course coordinations, regional centers (poles) and educational technology departments to ensure pedagogical projects meet legal requirements;
Analyze institutional and academic performance indicators (CPC, IGC, Enade) and propose continuous improvement actions;
Contribute to strategic planning for the regulation and evaluation area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Pedagogy or related fields;
Experience in higher education regulation and evaluation, with a focus on distance (EAD) and blended learning modalities;
Strong knowledge of MEC/INEP evaluation standards and instruments (SINAES);
Advanced knowledge of regulatory systems (e-MEC, Censup, Enade);
Excellent technical writing and strong analytical skills.
