About the role
- troubleshoot, repair and test products in the field or remotely
- maintain all of our product lines
- provide technical assistance pertaining to low voltage variable frequency drives and motion control products
- advise and train customers including importers, dealers, and end users
- increase sales and improve company-wide service capabilities
Requirements
- BSEE or BSEET or equivalent work experience servicing automation products
- experience with variable frequency drives, motion control products, PLCs and HMIs
- experience with medium voltage, power distribution (2.3kV to 15kV)
- electronic test equipment and diagnose electronic circuits
- computer skills, preferably with Autocad experience
