About the role
- Own day-to-day social media posting across key platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and marketing priorities
- Monitor engagement and respond as appropriate to support brand presence
- Stay current on trends and platform best practices
- Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights
- Track performance and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships
- Create and coordinate content across social channels, including short-form video and static assets
- Partner with internal teams to source content ideas and stories
- Plan and manage photoshoots and content days
- Track and report on social and influencer performance metrics
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles
- Hands-on experience managing brand social channels
- Experience working with influencers and creators
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Clear communicator with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
