About the role

  • Develop Yara Nutritional Programs for the focus crops in the São Lourenço do Oeste/SC region
  • Deliver presentations and trainings, set up demonstration plots, and organize field days
  • Conduct client visits to provide technical positioning and sales support
  • Perform after-sales follow-up and monitor the performance of Yara Nutritional Programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
  • Collaborative and proactive team player; curious, with a sense of ownership and respect for diversity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative profile with focus on routine field activities
  • Availability for frequent technical field visits
  • Ability to comply with Yara’s ethics and safety standards
  • Knowledge of plant physiology and nutrition
  • Experience with the region’s focus crops
  • Preferred familiarity with foliar applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license (category B)
  • Preferred experience using digital tools (mapping and area monitoring)
