About the role

  • Processing and implementing customer orders;
  • Scheduling and rescheduling shipments;
  • Making order modifications when necessary;
  • Managing reallocations for missed pickup/delivery times (carrier/customer);
  • Updating the volume released for loading;
  • Recording SAQs (Self-Assessment Requests);
  • Responding to customer inquiries;
  • Monitoring shipment compliance;
  • Managing and controlling relevant documentation (CR, TR, AAE, SASSMAQ, CLF);
  • Providing required documentation (e.g., Kosher, Halal, IBAMA certificates);
  • Carrier onboarding/qualification;
  • Participating in internal alignment meetings with Sales, PCP (Production Planning & Control), Production and Billing teams;
  • Contributing to and participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects;
  • Publishing data to dashboards and KPIs;
  • Logging and tracking tickets with the COE (e.g., correction letters, IT requests, tax inquiries, payment requests, etc.).

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • University degree completed will be considered a plus
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain
  • Knowledge of logistics documents (CR, TR, AAE, SASSMAQ, CLF)
  • Basic knowledge of Kosher, Halal and IBAMA certifications
  • Familiarity with management systems (SAP, TMS, CRM)
  • KPI interpretation and use of Excel for basic analyses
  • Understanding of interdepartmental workflows (Sales/Commercial, PCP - Production Planning & Control, Production, Billing/Invoicing)
  • Good customer service practices
  • Intermediate English and Spanish are desirable and will be considered a plus.
