About the role

  • Perform cleaning of production units, support areas, and access points according to established standards for safety, quality, environment, productivity, legal requirements, and management systems;
  • Collect samples, handle products, and carry out various basic operational tasks as requested by supervisors, peers, and operational procedures;
  • Identify and correct any deviations within the units, interacting with operators and other internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and correct use of equipment, subsystems, tools, and the work environment;
  • Maintain area housekeeping, participating in both the planning and execution of activities;
  • Ensure that all operational aspects are shared and discussed during shift handovers, including HESQ (Health, Environment, Safety and Quality), productivity, operating conditions, and process safety reports;
  • Actively participate in unit scheduling and performance meetings;
  • Follow production, cleaning, and maintenance plans for the units, and apply the management tools implemented in the unit;
  • Issue, authorize, and control work permits for tasks in your area, in alignment with the supervisor;
  • Inspect the area and tools to mitigate safety risks during the work shift;
  • Perform minor civil repairs and fabricate common-use equipment, such as cones and A-frame barricades, using hand and power tools to improve visual communication and working area conditions;
  • Assist in cleaning areas, floors, and machinery following defined procedures and standards to maintain safe circulation areas, ensure proper equipment operation, and reduce potential product quality deviations;
  • Ensure correct use of tools, their preservation, organization, and 5S in the work areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Prior experience in production or a similar area is preferred.
