Account Manager

• - Creating strategic communication plans and identify media opportunities to ensuring the client KPIs are met
• - Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing objectives
• - Writing and editing press releases, op-eds, feature stories, briefing documents and other communications material
• - Building/maintaining strategic relationships with senior journalists, particularly with top tier media publications in crypto, tech, finance and mainstream media
• - Managing workflow of the team, delegating tasks to SAEs and AEs
• - Managing and mentoring junior members of staff
• - Keeping abreast of current PR and crypto trends, and the clients media landscape
• - Taking part in new business pitching and developing PR proposals

Account Executive

• - Serve as day-to-day support for 5-6 clients, managing both strategy and execution
• - Supporting the Account Lead to ensure KPIs are met across all clients
• - Research and write press releases, op eds, case studies and blog posts
• - Coming up with story angles to help meet the client KPIs
• - Pitching clients’ stories to strategic media outlets and key journalists
• - Ensure that the quality of deliverables are of the highest standards while meeting client requirements
• - Formulate media strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients
• - Be the liaison on behalf of clients and representation of a client with the media as and when required
• - Participate in new business process including research, proposal and pitch preparation
