Project Planner

• Lead external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D integration.
• Integrate Project Programme(s) in accordance with client requirements into the 3D design, including MEP programme to sequence the build within the BIM model.

• Build and manage proactive talent pipelines for Strategic sales profiles — using direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and network-based approaches to identify AEs with proven track records in construction tech, SaaS, or adjacent high-value B2B environments.
• Partner closely with Commercial leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the AE profile, territory structure, and sales motion — acting as a trusted talent advisor, not just a coordinator.
• Screen and assess candidates rigorously against a defined strategic sales profile — evaluating deal size, sales cycle complexity, sector relevance, and cultural fit, and providing clear, evidence-based hiring recommendations.

• Own the day-to-day client relationship across your assigned projects — acting as the primary point of contact for site teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure they are getting full value from the XYZ platform.
• Drive on-site adoption of the XYZ platform — working directly with field teams to embed the service into daily workflows, remove adoption barriers, and ensure the product is genuinely improving how work gets done.
• Be the bridge between site and senior leadership — translating on-the-ground performance, issues, and wins into clear reporting and insight for client Project Directors, Construction Directors, and VPs.
• Identify risks to client satisfaction or adoption early — flagging issues proactively, coordinating with internal teams to resolve them, and maintaining a high standard of delivery across every project touchpoint.

• Lead the Mechanical Engineering team, providing technical direction across all mechanical development activities and defining the engineering roadmap for current and future product generations.
• Own the system-level mechanical architecture for wearable platforms — covering helmets, optics integration, electronics packaging, thermal management, batteries, sensors, ergonomics, and manufacturability.
• Lead PPE certification programmes (ANSI Type I, ANSI Type II, EN397) — acting as the primary engineering interface to certification bodies and testing laboratories.
• Drive products from concept through prototype, certification, pilot production, and full-scale manufacture, leading DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFR activities.
• Develop and manage relationships with helmet manufacturers, PPE suppliers, tooling suppliers, contract manufacturers, and specialist engineering partners.

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop embedded software and firmware for wearable computing platforms — including Linux kernel modifications, board support packages, and device drivers — with a focus on NVIDIA Jetson and other embedded compute platforms.
• Build drivers and interfaces for cameras, IMUs, GNSS receivers, LiDAR, ToF sensors, displays, and communication peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet) — supporting hardware bring-up, debugging, and system integration.
