Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (brief → offer → close)
- Partner with hiring managers to define and execute hiring plans
- Proactively source high-demand tech talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
- Build and maintain pipelines for niche skillsets (AR/VR, computer vision, BIM, engineering)
- Deliver a standout candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use data to improve hiring performance and optimise processes
- Provide market insight on salaries, talent trends, and hiring strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-house recruitment experience with a strong focus on technical hiring
- Experience in engineering or deep tech environments
- Proven success filling complex or hard-to-fill roles
- Experience sourcing globally and thinking beyond LinkedIn when needed
- Strong stakeholder skills - you can challenge, influence, and partner effectively
- Familiarity with tools like Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & GitHub
