About the role
- Carrying out service calls, maintenance, and commissioning at customer sites
- Analyzing and resolving faults in complex electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensuring a safe working environment and complying with all relevant regulations
- Independently planning and executing service assignments at various locations
- Maintaining and managing spare parts and service documentation
- Proactively identifying optimization opportunities and implementing appropriate measures
- Close collaboration and communication with customers
- Training, coaching, and supporting junior technicians and customers
- Participating in after-sales and service processes
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–7 years) in technical service
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics
- Experience in fault analysis and structured problem solving
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Experience with MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to convey knowledge and mentor colleagues or partners
- Very good German and English language skills
- Valid Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%, including occasional overnight stays
