About the role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field, with at least 5 years experience.
  • At least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Proven ability to drive growth in a territory or national product-sales role.
  • Knowledge of wastewater, filtration equipment, hydraulics, healthcare or microelectronics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applications.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, CRM systems).
  • Demonstrated success managing product-focused sales teams.
  • Strategic commercial thinking.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborative leadership across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
  • End-to-end Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion.
