- Managing budget (P&L) and expenses for technician team
- Training and development of technicians
- Scheduling and assigning tasks to technicians
- Supervising and monitoring technicians' work performance
- Ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks
- Maintaining inventory and purchasing supplies
- Conducting quality control checks on completed work
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to technicians
- Creating and implementing standard operating procedures for technicians
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and prioritize work
- Hiring and onboarding new technicians
- Organizing and leading team meetings and trainings
- Keeping records and documentation of technician work and progress
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Handling disciplinary actions and conflicts within technician team
- Staying updated on industry developments and implementing best practices.

Requirements
- Budget Management Experience (P&L)
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
