About the role
- Oversee all regional service activities
- Lead a high-performing technical team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns related to service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of service parts and equipment
- Develop and manage service department budget
- Establish quality assurance standards for service department
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
- Prepare and present regular reports on service department performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 4 years experience
- At least 1 year experience as a people manager
- In-depth understanding of inventory management principles and practices
- Experience with developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems
