About the role

  • Provide technical sales support to consulting engineers, contractors, distributors and internal sales teams.
  • Review drawings and specifications, perform hydraulic system analyses and recommend appropriate equipment.
  • Support the preparation of bids, technical proposals and project documentation for municipal and industrial projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, project management and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
  • Deliver technical presentations, training and seminars (lunch-and-learn sessions, client events, trade shows).
  • Provide field technical support, including troubleshooting and site visits when required.
  • Prepare technical drawings, concepts and equipment sizing to support project execution.
  • Manage small technical projects and contribute to larger projects involving multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Chemical Engineering (or a related discipline)
  • 3+ years of experience in the water/wastewater sector or a related engineering field
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Member of a professional engineering association
  • Ability to interpret plans, technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with clients, contractors or consulting engineers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
