About the role
- Lead and develop field service teams across multiple sites or complex facilities
- Support service operations for water purification and treatment systems, including Reverse osmosis (RO), Carbon filtration, Water softening, Pretreatment systems, Distribution systems
- Ensure systems meet applicable water quality and regulatory standards
- Guide teams in complex troubleshooting of water treatment equipment, pumps, controls, and instrumentation
- Monitor KPIs, service metrics, and operational performance
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and critical spare parts
- Partner with commercial and regional teams to achieve service center and P&L objectives
- Provide proactive leadership to support customer success and long-term partnerships
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Military or relevant industry experience may substitute for degree
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in water treatment, process water, or technical service environments
- Technical field service or equipment support experience preferred
- Exposure to healthcare or hemodialysis water systems is a plus
- Experience with Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
- Experience with Pretreatment systems (carbon tanks, softeners, multimedia filters)
- Experience with water quality monitoring and instrumentation
- Experience with pumps, valves, and control systems
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
- Knowledge of water treatment applications in healthcare, dialysis, or industrial settings
