  • Monitor and track sales expenses and budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably within water treatment, aquatics, disinfection systems, pumps, or related industrial technologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and closing high‑value projects.
  • Strong understanding of disinfection technologies (UV, ozone, chemical, or similar) and their application in aquatics or commercial pool environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling sales presentations to engineers, facility operators, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute territory or market‑specific sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
