About the role

  • Identify, screen, establish and maintain sales channels through resellers and system integrators
  • Plan and lead complex negotiations with customers
  • Present the full range of pure water systems to customers and ensure customer needs and expectations are met
  • Initiate and implement appropriate marketing activities in collaboration with internal departments to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Prepare technical and solution-oriented standard and project proposals in close coordination with internal teams through to successful contract completion
  • Regularly produce short- and medium-term forecasts for expected sales development

Requirements

  • Degree in a natural science or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of pure water treatment (Ultra Pure Water) and applications in medical and laboratory settings
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and business management software (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working style, plus excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel for multi-day stays within the sales territory
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends
  • Strong team orientation and constructive collaboration to leverage diverse perspectives
  • Strong results orientation with clear goal focus and efficient execution
