About the role

  • - Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
  • - Manage payroll processing in coordination with the payroll vendor in Poland.
  • - Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
  • - Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
  • - Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
  • - Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
  • - Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
  • - Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
  • - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
  • - Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • - Support People Business Partners on projects and initiatives.
  • - Support M&A activities, including integration support, as required.
  • - Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • - 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • - Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • - High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • - Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • - Hands-on experience with HR systems.
  • - Experience with coordinating team events.
  • - A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
  • - Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
  • Great to have:
  • - Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies
  • - Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects
