About the role
- - Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
- - Manage payroll processing in coordination with the payroll vendor in Poland.
- - Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
- - Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
- - Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
- - Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
- - Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
- - Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
- - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
- - Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- - Support People Business Partners on projects and initiatives.
- - Support M&A activities, including integration support, as required.
- - Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- - Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
- - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- - High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
- - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- - Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- - Hands-on experience with HR systems.
- - Experience with coordinating team events.
- - A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
- - Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
- Great to have:
- - Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies
- - Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects
