About the role

  • Initial Configuration: Technical setup and configuration of solutions for new clients.
  • Routine Maintenance: Handling bug fixes and system upgrades.
  • Special Maintenance: Implementing change requests to adapt software to evolving needs.
  • Work on clients’ needs and issues through a ticketing system.
  • Take care of the health status of data sources, pipelines and delivered solutions and manage the troubleshooting and debugging workflow.
  • Connect with Project and Product Team and report feedback on the solution for future improvement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM or related field. Equivalent experience will be taken into consideration.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of coding practices.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL and confidence with mostly used data manipulation libraries (numpy, pandas).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Data Management, Data Science, Analytics
