Salary
💰 $70,000 - $100,000 per year
About the role
- Co-lead content planning for both Xsolla Partner Network and Lightstream social channels.
- Maintain the cross-brand editorial calendar — covering campaign timing, product launches, creator spotlights, event anchors (TwitchCon, Gamescom, and others), and always-on programming.
- Write copy, brief Design and Video on asset requirements, manage the approval workflow, and publish content on schedule. You co-own the full loop from brief to post.
- Co-own the voice of both brands. XPN is creator-network and community-focused. Lightstream is product-led and streamer-native. Both require genuine fluency.
- Monitor channel performance and community sentiment. Surface signals to Product, Creator Success, and Marketing. Respond to creator audiences in a way that reflects the brand and builds trust.
- Co-manage agency relationships where relevant — briefing external partners clearly, reviewing output against brand standards, and integrating their work into the content calendar.
- Coordinate content timing with CRM so social and email move together — aligned messaging, consistent CTAs, no audience fatigue from unsynchronized sends.
- Manage and moderate community interactions across primary response-focused platforms — responding to users on X, capturing product feedback and feature requests to route to the Product team, and proactively engaging creators who are vital to the platforms.
- Co-manage and moderate Discord server frameworks for both XPN and Lightstream — configuring bots, automation tools, and reporting infrastructure so the servers run reliably at all hours.
- Co-design and run recurring community programming: AMAs, creator spotlights, product feedback sessions, early-access groups, community challenges, and the weekly rhythms that give members a reason to return.
- Work closely with Creator Success on community programming. They have direct relationships with creators — the Discord should reflect and reinforce those relationships, not operate in isolation from them.
- Partner with Creator Success to identify creator stories, milestones, and advocacy moments that can be amplified through social and community in a way that feels authentic.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day content pipeline with internal teams and external partners — keeping Design, Video, and agencies aligned on briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Use the creative briefing process and project management tools to request and track social media assets.
- Co-own and report on social and community KPIs across both brands — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, Discord activity metrics, and attribution to creator sign-ups and platform engagement.
- Manage Sprout Social for day-to-day scheduling, social management, and performance monitoring.
- Apply and maintain UTM parameters across all social content to support GA4 attribution and CRM tracking — maintaining an interim UTM tracking document until full dashboard infrastructure is in place.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or community management — with meaningful time in gaming, streaming platforms, or a closely adjacent environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage social presence for multiple distinct brands simultaneously, keeping separate voices, audiences, and cadences without conflating them.
- Hands-on Discord experience beyond being an active user — server moderation, engagement programming, bot configuration, and an understanding of what makes a community retain versus churn.
- Proficiency with Sprout Social or an equivalent social media management platform — scheduling, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills. You can write a platform-native caption for a streamer audience and brief a designer on an asset for the same campaign.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, GA4, and the basics of cross-channel attribution — enough to ensure your content is measurable and your reporting is credible.
- Operates with genuine autonomy. You know how to prioritize without being directed to, you raise blockers early, and you find solutions rather than waiting for someone to remove them.
- Experience at a streaming platform, creator monetization tool, or influencer marketing platform — StreamElements, Streamlabs, Twitch, Discord, or similar environments where you understand the creator product from the inside.
- Experience launching social channels from zero or reactivating dormant ones — diagnosing why engagement dropped and rebuilding trust with an existing audience.
- Familiarity with Braze or an equivalent CRM platform — understanding how social and email coordinate across a creator lifecycle.
- Experience with short-form video strategy and production workflows in a gaming or streaming context — TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels.
- Background in creator or influencer marketing campaigns — you understand how to build momentum around product moments and how to time content to a launch cycle.
- Comfort in Jira and Confluence for task tracking and workflow documentation.
