About the role

  • Prepare and distribute agendas for all recurring platform meetings.
  • Ensure agendas are distributed at least 24 hours before each meeting and that all action items are captured, assigned, and followed through to completion.
  • Manage scheduling logistics for a team distributed across multiple timezones.
  • Maintain the platform intake process across all customer teams.
  • Communicate request status updates to customer teams on a regular basis.
  • Keep intake data organized and complete for prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain a current dependency map across customer teams.
  • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and timeline changes early.
  • Communicate the downstream impact of platform delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Publish a weekly status update covering progress, upcoming milestones, and active blockers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and coordination questions from customer teams.
  • Maintain Confluence documentation for platform processes, decision logs, and operational artifacts.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the product roadmap reflects accurate delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of program or project management experience within a technology or platform organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication in a multi-product environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing regular status updates, meeting materials, and operational documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalate issues.
