About the role
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, payment processors, and wallet solutions across the globe
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements that drive growth, adoption, and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, product, and finance) to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities in the crypto and stablecoin payment landscape
- Develop go-to-market strategies for integrating new payment options into Xsolla’s platform
- Educate and support Xsolla’s game developer and publisher partners in adopting crypto and stablecoin solutions
- Represent Xsolla at industry events, conferences, and panels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business development or partnerships experience in the payments, fintech, or crypto industry
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with crypto exchanges, stablecoin providers, or blockchain-based payment platforms
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, digital wallets, on/off-ramps, and regulatory landscapes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
