Technical Account Manager

• Own the health and growth of a defined client portfolio.
• Run recurring client reviews (TBRs/QBRs) and maintain account plans.
• Coordinate internal execution and produce quotes and scopes that turn needs into action.
• Work closely with our CTO to keep clients aligned to standards, surface risk early, and drive remediation and lifecycle planning that protects the client and strengthens the relationship.

Systems Engineer

• Support clients on a full-time basis as part of a premier Managed Services Provider
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Microsoft environments
• Provide proactive system maintenance including backup solutions
• Document outcomes and own incidents end-to-end
