• Oversee daily operation of the respective region including full P&L responsibility.
• Make recommendations for cost reduction, product quality, productivity and customer excellence.
• Manage and develop team of employees including sales, installation, training and warehouse
• Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer strategies
• Drive culture and brand initiatives
• Oversee and assist with market data collection with sales team to drive focused strategies
• Assist in providing new market and product ideas related to their market.
• Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
• Define key operational metrics, develop reporting and set targets.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
• Represent Company in various civic and community functions to further enhance its image and develop additional business.
